RGA is a CPA firm specializing in tax and estate planning for closely held real estate enterprises and the families that own them. Many of our clients are multi-generational families, with whom we’ve worked closely for decades.

Our team has well over 60 years of combined tax practice in both large-and medium-sized CPA firms, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to each of our clients.

Ruchika Garga, CPA
Managing Partner

Ruchika Garga is the founder and managing partner of RGA, LLP. With more than 35 years of experience as a CPA, Ruchika brings to her clients an unrivaled level of expertise in partnership taxation, real estate transactions, individual taxation, and estate planning. Ruchika emigrated from India in 1982 and became a partner at a large local firm in 1998.  The local firm merged with a nationally recognized CPA firm in 2000.  She retired from the firm in 2010 and began consulting on tax and estate tax matters. In 2013, she joined another national firm as a partner.  Ruchika founded RGA in 2016. She is passionate about helping clients navigate complicated tax and estate issues and finding the right solution for their specific situations. Ruchika leads the RGA team with a focus on excellence and integrity; always doing what is in the client’s best interest to achieve their short and long-term goals.

Justin Gugajew, CPA
Partner

Justin Gugajew is a partner of the firm. Justin has more than 15 years of experience as a CPA serving primarily real estate entrepreneurs.  His area of practice focuses on the taxation of partnerships and real estate. His fine-tuned analytical and critical thinking combined with his superior technical skills helps him accurately evaluate market and technical trends and offer the best strategies and transactions for the firm’s clients.
